Trev's mom took the kids and we went to Denver for the weekend! Sooo AWESOME! We stayed at this completely amazing Hotel right downtown. We hiked in the Praires (that's what i like to call it, cuz it's not really mountains where we went). The hike was so stinkin' easy without kid! hahah.Ate at ridiculously awesome restaurants, saw the King Tut exhibit, went golfing together (which by the way, i'm awesome at), and then went to this sweet, sweet concert where we had FRONT ROW tickets thanks to Comfort Dental. (The people in front of me are the pit.. no seats.)
Like i was telling Lindsey... i was going for edgy, but i think i missed it. Forgot about my earrings, and i wasn't wearing dark enough clothes i don't think. And my hair was not very edgy. Lame. But we did a quick costume change from King Tut b/c i didn't want to wear my concert clothes to the Art Museum. Bummer i forgot most of my accessories. Oh well. it was fun fun fun to go.

(Oh yeah. Silverado exploded. Ok, not really. But he got really steamed up on the way to the hike. Thought we were gonna have to take Hank with us - eek! But then this nice Park Ranger Lady let us use the hose at the park and Silverado lived to see another day. Phew)

Wow I am totally jealous of your STAYcation, in case you were wondering. I am so glad that the silverado survived the trip.
Awesome! Everyone needs a vacation like that now and again. I know I could sure use one!!! So jealous, but glad you had a good time!
