Last one - promise.

Sorry for all the posts right in a row. Had to hash 'em all out.

While Avry was gone i took the opportunity of taking Carter to Miami on the Tri-rail to go see the Gold Coast Railroad Museum. I say "Museum" and i can already see most of you get the glazed over expressions of boredom. But you have to understand my kid when i say that he loved every minute. The Tri-rail's name is Spencer (Thomas' friend, you know.) Then we transfered onto the Metrorail (Gordon). At the end of the line we hopped on the bus (Toby) that took us to the Museum (Thomas). While at the museum we saw and climbed aboard some of the coolest old school trains around. It really was amazing. I think a lot of the trains were technically closed to the public, but we kept opening doors, climbing in and waiting for someone to tell us to stop. Since no one did, we took over. I'm glad we did - Carter keep telling me how "awesome" it was. It was definitely worth the all day trip to take him. And, i'm glad we made the effort to take public transportation - that was his favorite part.
