It was great. I'm so glad they do FREE days or there's no way we would go. A lot of people came out for the occasion - the regulars didn't seem to happy. (i overheard a lot of unhappy complainers).
For those of you who've never been - it was amazing. We saw a romantic garden, scripture garden, secret garden, Asian dynasty gardens, vegetable, fruit, and tons of water features. Inside the building is what thrilled me the most -the Tropical Garden. Honestly, it looked EXACTLY like Tree Top Park! Even those funny parasite plants that grow on the branches of all the trees in the upper canopy were there! Fantastic. So if i ever get homesick for FL i'll know where to go.
Thanks for coming with us Gramma Amy and Huntley Family! Carter adores his cousins, especially Jordan. And he can't seem to get enough of Gramma Amy.

To answer your question on where we saw Lightning McQueen, it was at Disneyland. It was the coolest thing in the world watching him freak out. It would be like watching me finally meet Corky St. Clair.
