50th Anniversary

Arvada Stake was having it's 50th anniversary of becoming it's own stake, separate from Denver Stake. I know, it's a pretty big deal. Of course we had to go. Carnival, free food, and an On-stage production! Since i've been doing awesome taking pictures of things lately, i don't have a whole lot of pictures. But believe you me... it was fun. The kids loved it and the production was a lot more impressive than i thought it was going to be. So glad we went. Very glad.
Carter showing his carni -skills. Don't you love the spotters in BYU attire? Just in case you were wondering if this event was LDS sponsored.
These last two are at the production - inside Arvada West school gym. We took up almost a whole row. Trev and i were NOT going to sit with the kids... this is the look of relief we gave the camera - ok, more like sinister cackles.
Notice the long row of kids to our other side? Yeah, they're with us and we're totally watching them. Hahaha - right. That's why the seats on all sides are vacant. Hahahha.
