The end.. for a while.

Near Betsey Ross's house on Arch Street is this cool building with amazing architecture. All the buildings are amazing but this one is especially large. Look at the engravings on top and around the arch? Very cool - built in 1856 said the sign. They use it as a store for super chic urban furnishings now.

This brick beauty is our Starbucks. Hahah every time we've gotten lost it seems to be right around a Starbucks (they are EVERYWHERE around here!) This one is in a perfect location for a break between walks for a little hot chocolate.

Where the girls are chillaxing is the Pavilion in front of the Liberty Bell. In 2003, the City of Philadelphia built this structure around the Bell along with a model of the President's house. It's like a musuem inside with all this inside information leading up to the casting of the Bell. Someday i hope to read it, but the kids don't really slow down long enough for me to get more than a few words in.

The building with the spire is City Hall where they signed the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. We took the tour a few weeks ago. Really cool! And the best part, it's all FREE! Gotta get there early though, fills up fast.
