Captain Carter
Happy Halloween! Recap... we had a great time with Amy and Gregg. Carter was a force to be reckoned with in his Spiderman face paint. He rallied all the troops to prepare for a night of trick-o-treating. We did a quick trial run in the kitchen practicing how to do the proper maneuvers. Carter divided up the troops, directing us in our duties. Amy and Gregg were to come on the candy scouting, Dad was the transportation man (AKA: carry me dad when i get tired). Mom was told to stay home and man the fort. Yes, i was shunned from the festivies to amuse the neighbor kids. And Avry you ask? She went to bed at 3 in the afternoon and wasn't seen until 8am this morning. So she missed out. Don't worry though. Carter came home with a full bag, dropped it off, grabbed Avry's bag and went out to fulfill his duties as a big brother. We now have plenty of candy for 2! Thanks Carter! Halloween was Awesome!

I loved Carter's face paint! Isn't it funny that we need kids as an excuse to dress out? Our little apartment serves us well for the time being. The walls were already painted when we got here, which is why I haven't put anything up on the walls yet because I feel guilty for ruining their paint job. We are going to see how permanent this move is before trying to look for a house. speaking of, your new house is amazing! (jealous)
