Our City offers this program when the kids are off-track. i signed Carter up for a 2 week session this winter. I'm thinking of taking him to more lessons. This kid is such a chicken in the water - look how high above the water he is! Sheesh, you think it would kill him to submerge his shoulders the way he acts.

Gotta be tough for a mom who's part fish.
Meghan had a really hard time, too. I really didn't get her in real lessons until she was ten, because she wouldn't put her face in the water. They wouldn't pass her to the next class. I skipped a couple of years, then tried again in an older beginner class and she did much better.
