Jeni and i have been trying to run a major road race together for over a year. But we both had to have babies and then blah blah blah after the kid... but we did it! And it was awesome! We made some really fun friends along the way, high-fived just about everyone and cried a little at the end. All good signs of an excellent race. So as not to be out done by the wife, Trev ran too. He smoked us, of course. But from his stories, it sounds like he had a lot of fun too. Oh, and he just happened to get 2nd in his Age Group! Brought home an extra medal. Just had to brag. Nice job Trev. :-)
And yes, it was a little chilly up in the canyon. Jeni and i both being wimps - me more so than Jeni. Still a great great day. Thanks Jeni! And Chris for taking our equipment roadside. Very helpful.

Your post was so much more simple... I had to moan and groan about every detail! About how the race went... you simple... me not so much! :) I'd love to have a copy of the pictures you took!
