The station that we wait at to get to and from Old City. This connection is Market East - connects us to the subway so we don't have to walk as many blocks with the wee chillins.

Here is our local station. We go in this doorway and climb up urine infested stairs that they tried to clean with bleach. We reach the platform (the green bridge photo) to catch the train. 
I only bought a month pass - i don't think we'll buy another one until Spring. Just not that many nice days to keep the kids outside in Dec and Jan. But we've seen a lot of the city and have become really familiar with the trains. Glad we did it for a month. Time to move on to the next adventure!
